打開濾紙包裝一聞咖啡的香味陣陣傳來,熱水沖進去頓時滿室的咖啡香味,這香味實不亞
於咖啡店呢!!
要泡出100分的濾泡式咖啡首先必需做好功課,要訣是:
1.使用深度的杯子倒入約200ml的熱水,濾袋不要浸泡到萃取出來的咖啡.
2.熱水溫度不宜過高,維持在90度左右最佳.
3.若有更嚴格要求者可在最後20ml熱水未過濾完時,即時將濾袋移除.

撕開濾袋上緣,將兩邊的掛耳拉開掛在咖啡杯的邊緣
